A photo in daylight, at eye level, with the face in focus and not too far away. Blurry or old? Send it anyway. We'll tell you honestly what's possible.

Do I see my picture before I order?

Yes. The preview is created live on the product page: you upload your photo, choose the style and see your picture before you order. For a custom picture, you get the preview by email for approval.

How long does delivery take?

Printing 2 to 4 working days, shipping 1 to 3 working days. Usually 5 to 9 working days in total. We produce in the EU. No customs, no surprises.

How much of the profit goes to animal welfare?

20 percent of our profit. We publish the amounts on the animal welfare page.
