How it works
- Choose the occasion and order. If you like, you can upload a favourite photo for the opening right away.
- After you order, simply email us up to 20 photos and short videos, as a reply to your order confirmation or to kontakt@printmypet.de. Please include your pet's name and the line you would like to appear in the video.
- We edit your video and send you a download link, usually 3 to 5 working days after we have your material.
- Two rounds of changes are included: text, music, order or choice of pictures.

Portrait 9:16, made for your phone. Works for WhatsApp, Instagram and for watching on the sofa.
Which photos and clips work?
Bright, sharp shots, ideally from different times: puppy days, favourite spot, holidays, everyday life. Clips are best kept short, a few seconds are enough.
